Q. Do I get a copy of the video?
Yes. You get footage and stills of anything notable, which is useful for real estate negotiations and for comparing quotes.
Q. Can you inspect without a clean-out?
Sometimes we can enter through a pulled toilet, but a clean-out is faster, cleaner and better for the long run. We will quote installing one if your home lacks it.
Q. Should I get an inspection when buying a house?
We recommend it on any older North County property. A standard home inspection does not see inside the sewer lateral, which is one of the most expensive systems to repair.
Q. Will you push a repair after the inspection?
